As part of the Russell School Trust of Schools, we are fortunate to have a wonderful school of exceptionally bright, friendly, and able pupils, many of whom go from St David’s to local grammar or independent schools. With over 160 pupils on the roll, St David’s is a full school, and we are therefore looking for an outstanding, hard-working, and energetic individual to share in our ambitious vision for the future. This role requires experience and dynamism, teamwork and dedication and an enthusiasm for leadership in the independent sector.
We are looking for someone who wishes to challenge themselves, and colleagues, to deliver an outstanding, holistic, educational experience for our young people, whilst being able to integrate with colleagues across the Russell School Trust (Royal Russell School). You will be a strong and decisive leader, able to positively engage with staff, pupils, Governors, and parents, you will bring inspiration to your colleagues, and pupils, and you will be able to motivate all to give of their best. You will join an established School Leadership Team who will assist you to achieve your vision and be supported by a fantastic team of highly effective colleagues throughout the Russell School Trust.
This is an excellent career opportunity for someone wishing to move from an existing headship, or from a well-established Deputy Head role. The new Head will lead St David’s School and will also be part of the Russell School Trust School Leadership Team.
