Increasing non-executive diversity is a key priority for Minerva. To address this, we’ve developed our Board Prospects programme which seeks to provide board experience for people from under-represented backgrounds. Those on the programme will join a participating Board for a full year cycle (if not longer) and benefit from mentoring and external training with a view to ideally joining the Board full-time.

Board Prospects and Diversity
There is no shortage of talented people who can and want to contribute. Board Prospects is an initiative administered and facilitated by Minerva to provide boards with participants, and people from under-represented backgrounds with the opportunity to develop their experience of governance.
Participating in the scheme provides professional development and enables participants to build their CVs for their future careers.
