We are delighted that October 2019 brings exciting developments for Minerva, with Jo Ogilvy joining us at experienced consultant level. Jo was previously the Head of Saxton Bampfylde’s schools practice and brings with her 16 years of experience in search. In addition to her work supporting a wide range of schools with senior level appointments, she has also worked with a number of other organisations in the children and young people space across the public, non-profit and commercial sectors. Jo has been a governor for schools in both the independent and academy sectors, and has a degree in Classics from Oxford University.
As well as her arrival, we are expanding our research team, with two new hires, Enfys Evans and Chelsea Conyers joining us from post graduate degrees at the Universities of Edinburgh and Oxford respectively.
