We work with clients to support leadership development, working at both individual and team level. Although counter-intuitive to our business, one of our long term aims is to support clients in reducing their long-term dependence on executive search as a quick-fix solution to organisational change and development.
Our recent experience has included working with clients on a review of their organisational structure with a view to maximising potential for delivering strategy, a 360 degree review of a top team, and a cultural change initiative. We are currently in the process of developing a bespoke leadership development programme aimed at Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic professionals, which we will be delivering with a partner.
