Lincoln International Business School seeks a new Director of Education and Students who will play a central role in ensuring that the School continues on its successful trajectory. The School provides an outstanding student experience – as recognised through its NSS performance – and has recently gone through a reviewed its portfolio. It is increasingly known as an innovator in international student support and online learning, with many of its new developments being taken on by the broader university.
Due to promotion of the current incumbent, a new Director of Education and Students is sought who will lead continued progress in this portfolio. The appointee will develop and lead strategic initiatives across the School to support the continued enhancement of all aspects of the student educational experience and will coordinate the School’s responses to metrics and surveys (e.g. NSS, TEF, LEO). The role contributes as a full member of the School’s top team and will engage across the range of activities; as well as successful core programmes, the School has an increasing international footprint, an improving research profile, and is growing its distance learning and executive education activities.
