Consulting and Leadership development
We work with clients to support leadership development, working at both individual and team level. Although counter-intuitive to our business, one of our long term aims is to support clients in reducing their long-term dependence on executive search as a quick-fix solution to organisational change and development.
Our recent experience has included working with clients on a review of their organisational structure with a view to maximising potential for delivering strategy, a 360 degree review of a top team, and a cultural change initiative.
In all of our sectors, governance is becoming more and more critical, with boards of trustees/ governors and councils increasingly feeling the need to assume roles which are more akin to corporate boards. The roles of Chair, and Chair of Audit/Finance are becoming increasingly demanding, and the overall context for governance is maturing in terms of openness and working together. We offer a review process, focused on face-to-face interviews with board members as well as a questionnaire, which is oriented to ensuring that governance relationships work as effectively as possible.
