Before joining Minerva, I worked for over five years at Moloney Search where I specialised in senior leadership appointments within both the Public and Commercial sectors. I have extensive experience as well as a special interest in identifying and championing diverse talent within these sectors. Prior to my search career I worked in Research and Analysis for a multinational oil and gas analytics company.
Having always had a love for the natural world I read Geology at the University of Liverpool and received my Masters in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London. Outside of work I’m a keen climber and long-distance hiker and I’m slowly ticking off all the British National Trails.
